Mia

Mia just so happens to be a very important part of Elk's life. He admits to her he has a crush on her, and you can probably tell that Mia is his best friend.
When Mia begins to act strange in Outbreak, it is very obvious that Elk is worried about her. When he can't even get in contact with Mia, Elk seems upset when he asks Kite about her.
It is said that Mia likes to be around Elk because he reminds her of another Wavemaster, specifically Tsukasa. Because of Tsukasa as well, Mia has a liking to Aromatic Grass. Elk (obviously) found out about her liking for the item, and probably collects Aromatic Grass to hit of off with Mia.
